Kathy has been in the mortgage industry for over 5 years. She has helped hundreds of individuals and families with the financing to purchase that place they call “home”. Whether a first time homebuyer or a buyer who is up-sizing, down-sizing or “right sizing”, she has been dedicated to meeting the financial needs of all borrowers with a mortgage right for them! Clients do well by taking advantage of Kathy’s diverse mortgage experience. Throughout her years in the industry, she has earned the trust of clients and colleagues alike for providing sound mortgage advice and exceptional service.

What sets KATHY apart from other mortgage professionals? SHE CARES ABOUT YOU AND YOUR CLIENTS!!! She cares that the loan process is handled professionally and with integrity! She cares that calls and emails are returned in a timely manner! She cares that your clients receive as much or as little hand holding as necessary! And, she cares that the loan closes on time! Every borrower is important to Kathy!

And, because mortgage transactions don’t happen during regular business hours, she is available seven days a week. You have the confidence of knowing that Kathy is accessible to you and your clients, whether to provide a preapproval, to answer questions, follow up on a loan status or just be a mortgage resource!

My Personal Life

Kathy has been blessed with a wonderful husband, Dave, for 21 years and has 3 awesome kids, Katie, J.D. and Parker. Dave is a manager at Panera Bread in Tri-County. Feel free to stop in and say hi to Dave anytime you are in the Tri-County area on Kemper Rd. Tell him you are a realtor who works with Kathy and he’ll give you a free cup of coffee!!! Katie is a senior at Mason High School. J.D. is in 8th grade and Parker is a 2nd grader. We are a sports loving family, especially baseball and football. However, we are a family divided when it comes to football teams (I am a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan). When it comes to baseball, we always root for the Reds and love going to the ballpark! Regardless, of the activity, we enjoy spending time as a family. Our home is always open to friends and acquaintances!
